Proposed Change to the VOD Awards Presentation

Jeff Carroll Department Commander - 3/29/2020

At the Legislative Conference in Washington D.C. a proposal was presented in relating to the way the State winners of the VOD program receive their awards.  Please know that  State Commander Carroll and the Georgia delegation attending the DC Conference and I have discussed the proposal prior to the adjournment of the National Council of Administration meeting.  A properly made motion and second to change the manner of how the VOD Awards are presented was made.  However, a properly made motion to table the motion until the next meeting of the National COA meeting at the VFW National Convention in Reno, Nevada was unanimously approved.
