Attached is the Commander-in-Chief’s proposed National Bylaw and Manual of Procedure amendments as drafted by his Bylaw Study Group.
This draft is the group’s consensus, but shall be considered a draft until placed within 120th National Convention schedule of proposed resolutions and amendments book to be distributed July 1, 2019.

The estate of Joyce Nadine Cutshaw Tallman donates $10,000 to the Dept. of GA VFW Foundation, Inc. to assist Georgia veterans and their families. The funds will be used in various VFW programs that help our Georgia military and their families. Funds can be used to help rid our homeless problem, help with suicide prevention of our military here in Georgia and promote Mental Health Awareness.
