Note:  In order to be designated as an All-American Post or District this year, a Post or District must be over 100% in membership, and finish in the top 50 Posts or top 25 Districts in their respective division who have fulfilled all program requirements.

If a Post or District has not completed all their required programs as shown in the 2018-2019 National Membership Program, they will not be counted in the list of Top 50 Posts/Top 25 Districts, and every Post or District below them in the rankings effectively vaults up in the standings within their respective division.

For example, if 5 of the Top 50 Posts in a division have not completed their program requirements, and the Posts in 51st through 55th place who have completed their program requirements, those Posts will be designated as All-American Posts.

Same applies for Districts in their respective divisions, if 5 of the Top 25 Districts in a division did not complete all required programs, they will not count towards All-American and Districts 26th thru 30th that have completed all required programs will be moved into the Top 25 will be designated as All-American Districts.

Currently Divisional Memstats and the All-American Dashboard are not aligned, to see which of the Top 50/Top 25 have or have not met their program requirements.

We anticipate having the All-American report sent to Departments by NLT July 3rd, 2019

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about this change to the 2018-2019 All-American Program, please contact the VFW Membership Department at 1-888-564-6839.
