The Georgia Military Veterans’ Hall of Fame (GMVHOF) is looking for Nominees to this rare and noble hall of fame for our great state from your organization. The attached GMVHOF information and nomination items provide the necessary details about how to nominate. The deadline for nominations each year is always the last Friday in August. For 2019, that is Friday, 30 August.

The Seventh Annual Georgia Military Veterans’ Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony & Banquet will be held in Columbus, GA on Saturday, 2 November 2019 beginning at 6 PM in the Saint Luke Ministry Center (301 11th St.). This annual event is open to the public. Prices: Individual - $55; Table of Eight (8) - $400; Table of Nine (9) $450; Table of Ten (10) - $500. Department of Georgia Veterans of Foreign Wars Foreign Wars, Inc. Receives $10,000 Donation for Georgia Veterans and their families

The estate of Joyce Nadine Cutshaw Tallman donates $10,000 to the Dept. of GA VFW Foundation, Inc. to assist Georgia veterans and their families. The funds will be used in various VFW programs that help our Georgia military and their families. Funds can be used to help rid our homeless problem, help with suicide prevention of our military here in Georgia and promote Mental Health Awareness.
